Savory pie with cauliflower and broccoli

How do you make a delicious savory pie without egg and cheese? Well this way for example! For the filling we use a cream of cauliflower and cahew nuts. This way you''ll get extra vegetables in unnoticed while you still have a creamy, solid filling low in calories. The nutritional yeast flakes give it a savory (cheese-like) taste.

In addition to cauliflower, we put some broccoli and shiitake mushrooms in it. Cabbages and mushrooms have been loved ingredients to study and are known for all kinds of health-promoting properties. Including the prevention of DNA damage. Quite a good reason to eat them regularly.
